LOVE Nordstroms
Just have to say I LOVE this store. I was in there today with my DS at the MAC counter getting make up. I had my Tory Burch bag with me and lately it was bothering me that the strap was peeling a drop. Wasn't anything huge, but I got the bag over the summer. Not even that old.
Anyway, walked to the bags and showed them what was happening and the bag was in great condition besides that. Without skipping a beat they looked up the purchase with the CC # I gave them and replaced it with a new bag right there. 
Love them!

The customer service at Nordstroms in unmatched. If I am purchasing a higher end item that they carry at Nordstrom I will always buy it there. They are the best.

I bought my niece Ugg boots last year for Christmas. I started in the kids department on th 3rd floor.
The salesman that was helping me advised that a ladies size would be a better fit. He asked me to have a seat while he went to the 1st floor to get them from ladies, and then apologized for taking too long !
That's great customer service.
