how to ask?
I'm starting to apply to jobs again. Right now I have low pay but awesome benefits, awesome time off and family health care that's affordable. Last year I interviewed for a job that went well but then at the end I learned it did not offer benefits. So that was a waste of time.
How do I ask if s job offers benefits before being offered the job?
I remember when I was offered the interview for my current job 10 years ago I was applying before graduation so when they called to interview I said " I just want you to know I'm not graduating until may.." and they said " whoa this is just an interview with other candidates.." I was so embarrassed but said " I just didn't want to waste your time if you need someone right away. ."
Any way is there a way to find out if a job has affordable health benefits prior to intreview without seeming full of it?

What field are you working in? Some companies post what they offer (general outline) online such as health benefits, dental, time off, tuition etc... I would try to research the companies that your applying for and look on their websites

Re: how to ask?
I would prefer you asked any deal breaker questions on the phone rather than wasting interview time but I work at a small company that doesn't have a human resource dept.
