Diclegis- does it work?
Ive been on zofran since 7 weeks experiencing nasty side effects, so my midwife is switching me to diclegis. I took the first two pills last night and was up all night with nausea. Does it take time to start working?

It worked a bit for me, but it made me very tired. I actually prefer unison and B6. I wasn't nearly as tired

It kind of works for me, I only take the 2 pills at night because it literally knocks me out. I am not sure why, but it does.

Diclegis- does it work?
Yes! Zofran didn't really help me much. I started in diclegis and within a few days was feeling much better. My nausea was so bad that it didn't make it go away 100%, but it made it that I was able to function thru the day and not want to die. You have to take it, literally, right before you lay down to go to sleep.

Do you take it during the day as well? I was told two at night, 1 around 9am and 1 in the pm if necessary. My mw never mentioned any side effects, especially sleepiness! Obviously I figured that one out right away.

Isnt it the same thing? Or did you just do the B6 during the day and unisom at night?

you take unisom and B6 at the same time... a half of each pill, together, up to 3 times a day

Isnt it the same thing? Or did you just do the B6 during the day and unisom at night?
Diclegis is actually based off of the unison and B6, so it is essentiality the same thing, but for some reason the Diclegis made me so tired I couldn't function. So with the unison I took both at night and was able to go about my day the next day. I was useless on Diclegis.
