My cousin did Jenny Creagh. She swears by it.

I did Medifast in the past to lose some vanity weight and it was the only thing that worked for me after months of trying to lose "that last five." If you want something that really works and is quick and easy I recommend it, but the "food" itself is kind of horrible.

I know this probably isn't exactly what you mean, but Walmart carries nutrisystem now - You can pick up a box, which I think is like, a week's worth of food, to try it out, so that you don't dump $300/month on a program you might hate.

I am doing Medifast right now.

Jenny Craig is $$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$. I was going to do it cause we get a discount through work but a months was so much money I couldn't justify the expense.

Medifast helped me get the baby weight off and now I am doing it to get the weight off that I gained before my son.

I have only had luck with Jenny Craig. While it is expensive, there are some cost-cutting ways to do it (buy and measure your own cereal, because their breakfast items are expensive). I'm about 2 months in now and lost 10 pounds. However, I do find that I need to go back on it every few years to lose some weight but I have a lifetime memberships that I got many moons ago (2000) and I only pay for the food.

I did nurtisystem about 8 years ago and it was GROSS so I would not recommend that one lol

i've done nutrisystem i liked it. i have to go back on it in about 6 mo after the baby. you can get gift cards @ costco so every $100 only costs $80. you can also get health insurance discounts, buddy bucks, $ off based on how many orders, ETC ETC. before they kicked me off (since it had been over a year) i was down to about $180/mo

ETA- which is about $144 out of pocked (figuring paying 80% due to costco cards)

ETA #2 i didnt stick with it too well last time but my sister did and lost at least 40lb & kept it off

I did Nutrisystem and LOVED it. I think they changed a lot of the foods over the years. I ordered from QVC because I found it less expensive BUT on Nutrisystems website I think you can customize your food choices. It worked for me, I lost about 15 pounds in 3 months

I've done Jenny Craig in the past and liked it. It's not gourmet food by any means but some of it is actually pretty good (I still crave the brownies years later).

It's not cheap and you need to really watch your portion sizes after you stop or you'll put some weight back on.

I think going the delivery route is better because when you go in person you have to meet with a consultant and I only ever had one who I didn't hate.

i did nutrisystem for a few months and thought the food was disgusting.

then i did jenny craig and lost a lot of weight. they are a lot of money but its worth it.

Thanks everyone- Going to check into the Jenny Craig option. My husband has gained a few pounds and since obesity runs in his family, i want to take care of this asap .thx again

I tried Nutrisystem. It is beyond disgusting and when you return the unused food, they claim they never received it, even if you have a delivery confirmation. Total rip off.

I meant to comment when this was initially posted. I follow this pre-packaged food service on IG, and it looks like they serve the nyc area. It's called fresh meal plan. I actually buy my lunches from a very similar company here in tx.

I've never tried them, but they're right here on LI for fresh food meal plans. Worth looking into!

I am on JC now and lost 7 lbs in 3 weeks. The food is very good.

I found Nutrisystem yucky!

I just joined core nutrition 101 it's cheaper than Jenny Craig and it's whole made food. The food looks good!!
