Cauliflower Recipes- non Indian
Does anyone have new or interesting recipes for cauliflower? I'm sick of roasted and mashed... We need something new. I also have broccoli in stock, and I can mix the two.

I'm on a cauliflower kick lately. I'm going to try this minus the curry powder Looks like a simple and different way to make cauliflower.

We've made it into an "alfredo" style sauce and put it over pasta. It was really good!

I saute a whole chopped onion, six cloves of garlic, red pepper flakes and cauliflower and then add a can of cento san marzano tomatoes. It is a Lidia recipe. Yummy
