how has your DH been throughout your pregnancy?
sometimes I feel he just doesn't "get" that Im moody, tired and just want to be left alone. There are days when he is good about me just relaxing and taking it easy and other days not so much.
How about your DHs?

Same. I don't think some of them get it until the baby comes. I'm 37 weeks and I think it is finally starting to hit my DH that this is for real. Overall he's been good though.

Same. Still expects house to be tidy, laundry done, etc. Some days he'll tell me to relax and not to worry but I worry anyway.

Re: how has your DH been throughout your pregnancy?
He has actually been really good. I am someone who is constantly on the go and never ever really takes time to relax, a nap is pretty much unheard of unless I am really sick. I know, I have issues, lol. But since being pregnant, he is the one telling me to take it easy and not do so much. I also took on a new role at my job which is much more demanding, a few days before I found out I was pregnant. So with the pregnancy and new job, he has pitched in a lot more and even insisted on hiring a cleaning company to get some of the pressure off of me although, I think he was just afraid that he might have to scrub the tub

Re: how has your DH been throughout your pregnancy?
He's been pretty incredible. I was a little worried about how I would be and how he would handle it. Luckily I haven't really been moody. I think I had one day where I was a little bit of a mess and kept apologizing to him and explaining that I was emotional.
He's been great about me being physically tired and sometimes in pain. I do what I can around the house but he's really took on everything. I'm so thankful for that. He never complains and while he doesn't entirely understand what I'm going through, it seems like he gets it.

Same here. I'm 32 weeks and he's been pretty good overall. He's made sure I didn't have to shovel and has been patient when I need to rest (which is rare) but I think he just still expects me to do alot of stuff around the house. I've been giving him a hard time lately about walking the dog so I can rest on the couch and put my feet up and overall he's been pretty good about it but every now and then I need to play the "pregnancy card"

Re: how has your DH been throughout your pregnancy?
The only thing he complains about is when I want to go to bed early, he thinks I use pregnancy as an excuse! but by 830 I'm so tired!

obnoxious- my husband HAS to get all the same symptoms. He even does the MS in the beginning. If it hurts me it hurts him...no sympathy around here lol

Re: how has your DH been throughout your pregnancy?
my dh has been great. On days when I feel overwhelmed he will make sure to wake up extra early clean out the dishwasher from the night before, make sure the kitchen is clean, make his lunch for work and bring the kids down so I can get alittle extra sleep before he leaves for work.
he's great I really can't complain.

Re: how has your DH been throughout your pregnancy?
Dh was horrible for my first pregnancy. He realized afterwards how he was and vowed to be better the second time! After I reminded him A LOT of the things he said and did, I'm happy to say he was much better this time!! I can tell it's hard for him to realize in the beginning, but as I got further along he got better.

Re: how has your DH been throughout your pregnancy?
He has been really awesome BUT that's because my first pregnancy was a disaster and I have to take it really easy to avoid that again. He is desperate for me not to be on 11 weeks of bed rest (as am I) so he has really stepped up and helps me a LOT.

Re: how has your DH been throughout your pregnancy?
DH has been amazing but my pregnancy also has a lot going on so he feels really bad with everything that I've had to deal with. He even yelled at me for doing laundry a few weeks ago saying he doesn't want me lifting the basket up the stairs lol I said well ok then haha!

how has your DH been throughout your pregnancy?
he has been very good. he laughs that i am moody this pregnancy and we can't seem to agree on the temperature in the car- it's always too hot for me and too cold for him. we laugh about it. He works very hard as he owns his own business yet he still does a lot around the house. most of the time, our house is a mess and we just basically survive b.c we are both full time working parents with 2 young kids in the house. i get home at 7pm and after they go to bed, we are pooped. sure, i could do more work once they are asleep but i just let it go. he might make comments but understands the struggle and we just go with it. we do our best.

how has your DH been throughout your pregnancy?
He has his moments but overall he has been really great. I do think he's freaking out a bit over having someone to support, because he disappears into his garage a lot to work on motors that he sells. And I do think he had a bit of a panic attack when all the shower stuff came into the house. Unfortunately DH travels a lot for work, so he hasn't been to helpful regarding my cravings. But he tries when he is home and even brought me strawberry milk from Stew Leonards in CT. He isn't one of those "don't do things yourself, I'll do it for you" types, but thats just his personality. But if I ask, he will jump in, no problem, and he offered to pay for a cleaning lady twice a month to help me with difficult cleaning. He won't feel her kick though. He did it once and won't do it again. It weirds him out.
