gender nightmares
I had a blood test (Maternit21) and a sono that both said girl. Although only one sono because she didn't cooperate on any of the others.
But now that I have a pink bedroom, a ton of girl clothes, and lots of girly things... I keep having nightmares that she comes out a he?
Anyone else go through this?

No. My gender nightmares with DD involved getting a sono, it showed baby was a boy and then suddenly he turned into a girl. I had several dreams like this to the point where I was almost convinced I was having a hermaphrodite.

Don't worry about it. I did the panorama test and it said girl. This was confirmed via amnio. My sono tech also says she has never seen a false gender result. Rest assured you are having a girl !

Actually, when I went for my anatomy scan I joked, is it still a girl? He said that he had three cases where the blood work was wrong and he proved it when they did a follow up amnio. It's not perfect. Sorry J. You're def having a girl

They told me the Margin of error on maternity t21 was typically user error or data entry at the lab. I still had them confirm via sono. Lol

I was told girl at 16 weeks and I go on Tuesday for my 20 week sono and im really hoping that it's still a girl! Lol I've sort of picked out some girl stuff but still won't buy anything till after the 20 week sono lol. Even though she said she was sure I still wana double check!

Ok so I'm hearing the blood test has errors, but if I have a Sono and blood test both say girl we should be pretty dead on right. The Sono was at 24 weeks after my fall, in the hospital.
I wish I'd stop having this dream it's freaking me out. I have so much girl stuff,

Don't panic but usually if it's taken too early that's where you may have the error. My OB practice that I go to gives that test and panorama in the 12th week. Some places gives it in the 9th week (acceptable for the test but they may not get enough DNA from the blood gives off a false reading).
I personally have seen 2 cases that were wrong( OB nurse). Usually the above was the case because of wrong dating. Usually if they say boy it's a boy but those were its a girl that turned out boy at the 20 week scan. Again not enough cells.

Baby nightmares are normal.

Blood work is way more accurate than a sono. I had the Maternity21 also and the sono confirmed girl

This was my anxiety my entire pregnancy since finding out it was a girl! I didn't have the blood test, only a sono, and I was convinced it was really a boy. But I gave birth to a baby girl last week. I'm sure it's really a girl!!

I had verifi and sonogram say it was a boy and I definitely have a boy. He reminds me every diaper change by grabbing his penis!
