Back dr
I had an Mri in September and got a quick fix with an epidural shot in my lower back for the pain. The pain went away a week later and I didn't do anything to prevent it from coming back like physical therapy or losing weight. Well now the pain is back came gradually but now full force. Can't bend down to pick up the Kids. It's just horrible. I went to a pain management dr for my epidural but what type or dr deals with back pain? Any recommedations? I need to fix this quick so I can go back to a normal life. Thanks!

I would definitely recommend a chiropractor. My husband & I have gone on & off for years. It's amazing how much better I feel after an adjustment. Me for pregnancy related low back pain and sciatica and my husband for a herniated disc in his lower back. He almost needed surgery but decided to try the chiropractor first and now he is doing so much better. I have a really good one if you need a recommendation!
