Question for pre school / kindergarten teachers

DS is delayed and because he was born at the end of the year and has a slight academic delay. We will be having him repeat kindergarten again next year. Anyway, he seems to take to his tablet and so far has been enjoying the app Endless Alphabet. We want to go with one other. ABC Mouse is like $100.00 a year vs. Starfall which is $35 for the year. Is ABC Mouse that much better?

I like ABC mouse better. However, I found the set up a little difficult to navigate for young ones. Try it out at your local library first.

I like Starfall. It seems easier for the little ones to navigate.

I have no experience with ABC Mouse. Our K and 1 classes use Starfall here.

As a parent, DS learned all of his letters, upper and lower case, and letter sounds before he was two because of Starfall. My MIL paid the yearly membership and there is a ton of different games and resources. Even for free there is a lot. So I would definitely recommend Starfall.

Abc mouse is free to teachers and school. If you know a teacher friend you may be able to get a subscription that way.
