Lupron/bcp
For those of you who took Lupron and bcp at what point did you take these. I'm am doing my day three blood and sono tomorrow and I was told I would be taking theses(I'm at a new practice so this is all new to me)
I don't have either so I'm assuming I will order same day if I start taking tomorrow.
I'm excited but so nervous as this is our last shot at this bc we are completely OPP.

I never did BCP(clotting issues) but I did Lupron and took it day 21 of my cycle into the next cycle when I started stims on day 3. It didn't suppress me and I prematurely ovulated prior to retrieval so my cycle was cancelled.

I went in for day 3 bloodworm and I started Lupron shortly after that. I actually don't remember when, but I can go back and look if you want. After a little bit on that I did bcp along with the lupron. Then I got want they called my lupron period and then on day 3 after that started stims
Lupron was an easy shot on the stomach

Lupron was an easy shot on the stomach
I did this too.
I had a slight allergy to it (got an itchy hive), but didn't say anything & it didn't effect how it worked.
It does burn a little (but again, nothing horrible).

Thanks. I don't start it for about 3 weeks so I have some time. This whole thing is super stressful and starting over again just kicks up so many horrible memories and feelings. Ok vent over and moving forward.

I started Lupron and BCP before the actual cycle. It was longer than a typical cycle. Lupron is a shot. Mine came in a kit. It wasn't too expensive. I feel like I started Lupron like towards the end of the cycle and then I went in for a check and then back in on CD 3. This is the only cycle I used Lupron and the only cycle that worked for me. GL

That is exactly what I'm doing and it will be completely different for me as well. Hoping that gives me an extra boost and combined w a new diet and some supplements I yeild a lo!

Oh and I changed my diet too. I went gluten free. I stayed GF until 3 months pregnant.
I'm doing well. Baby boy is almost 3 months. Crazy that IVF 3 finally worked. I think you the change will be good for you. GL
