I have no self control and I need help!
What's wrong with me? I feel like i have no self control and eat anything i want, even if i KNOW its bad for me! I even feel guilty while i'm eating it but i dont stop!!! i'm starting to really feel disgusted with myself!!!
and on top of that, i know i should be exercising but i dont. every morning i wake up and since i work at home, its not like i'm in a rush to get up. i tell myself to get up and go for a walk. but i never do!!!
i need help!!! what do i do to get myself motivated to get back to a size 6???? i'm seriously starting to get depressed!!!

I also could have written this myself! I have been on an eating free for all for 2 weeks now!
Today I am going to try to make it to the gym - even for just a quick, light workout. I feel that if I can just get back into a routine of some sort, I will start to feel better.
Try going for just a short walk. Tell yourself - 10 minutes. Maybe that will help get you back into a routine.

I was going to say the same thing! I feel pathetic, like I want to tell myself get off your azz and do something, but no, I sit back and get fatter! W T F!?

This is me to a T! I watched myself get the fattest I've ever been in my life...and did nothing about it!! 
I know that I start working out on Monday. NO EXCUSES! I have 6 months (while DH is getting treatment) to be hot again...and I owe it to me and to him to be healthy. No more taking my health for granted!!

I seriously was the same way...then one day something snapped.
You constantly hear or are one of those brides who lost sooo much weight before the wedding....
NOT me...I just couldn't do it - well...wouldn't do it. I kept thinking OMG what is wrong with me....I can't even lose weight for our wedding.  I was so depressed...even now I look back at the pics and kick myself.
Now...I'm in it - and I'm in it for good. I really don't know what made me change, but something just snapped.
Now that I've been working out for a while and watching what I eat I truly feel great - it's the right motivation that keeps me going. If I slack off like I did this past week...I just get right back into it - full force. I'm not sulking on what I've done this past week. I'm moving on.
Once you get started - you'll feel a lot better...and the compliments will start rolling in...you won't want to stop!
If anyone wants - feel free to join us on Azoodie's thread. We post our menus, workouts, etc. It's very motivating!
