How is this diaper deal?
I've been price shopping diapers since I didn't really get very many at my shower this past weekend. I have some hand-me-down newborn diapers and an additional case - I'm allegedly having a giant baby, so I think I'm all set for newborn diapers.
Anyway, right now if you go through ebates to diapers.com, you get 4% cash back. A box of 216 Pampers swaddlers is $49.99 and there is a $2 coupon. You get 15% off when you purchase two items or 20% if you purchase 3! If I buy 2 boxes of diapers, it will cost about .19 a diaper and I'll get $3.40 cash back plus free 2 day delivery.
How does that sound?

Sounds expensive. I pay about .14-.15 per diaper.

I pay around $26 for 186 size 3 Luvs from Amazon mom. Size 1's come in packages of 252 diapers and are currently shipping for $24 a box using Amazon mom subscribe and save. That's .11 a diaper.

How are Luvs? I can't seem to get anywhere near that cost for Pampers or Huggies, but that's great! On Amazon mom the same Pampers Swaddlers come in around .19/diaper still. That's with the 30 day free trial, not the annual cost of Amazon Mom.
How much is the annual fee?

I use Luvs also and have never had a problem with them. I buy them at BJs.

How much is the annual fee?
Do you have prime? If you do, mom is free. If not, it's whatever prime costs which I think is around $100 now for the year. Prime is so worth it. I use it very frequently. I subscribe and save diapers, wipes and, diaper genie refills. Diapers are always 20% off with subscribe and save. Everything else is 5% unless you s&s 5 items per month.
We have no problems with luvs. We've been using them since DD was in size 1's. We'll use them with baby #2 as well.
I only buy pampers or huggies if I can find a really great deal but those are few and far between.

luvs are amazing. I used to get them in BJs with their $5 off coupon- but even without the coupon they were cheaper than the store brands.
I think Pampers are so totally overrated

With DD I bought some smaller packs of huggies, pampers, luvs, target and one or 2 others to try once my shower stash ended. Luvs worked the best for us and were the cheapest. We switched at size 2 and have been using for 2 years almost totally leak free. Pampers leaked a lot for us.
Just an idea, you might not want to stock up until you know what works. Babies are different.
IMO amazon prime is a must. They come to my house several times a week. Between diapers, wipes, pet food and other beauty supplies we don't have to worry about running out or going to the store. We both work and have zero time. I find their prices on toys almost always the best so I always use the free delivery for bday gifts etc. I've even gotten a headboard and other small furniture pieces on there. I love amazon! I have no time to wait for sales, go to multiple stores and clip coupons. This works for me

i couponed at cvs & king kullen to get deals as cheap as .06 bper diaper, but mostly .10. huggies, luvs mostly. i am going to try pampers deals next bc huggies r leaking a bit
