I did. Both poop and vomit. Just made sure I didn't really touch anything.

Exactly this. I have 2 dogs and sometimes my little one becomes a little rascal and decides to do it inside the house, whenever that happens I make sure to not touch it directly when cleaning it and I try to use safe cleaning products so I'm not in direct contact with chemicals, btw vinegar works great!!
