This whole "nesting" thing is the real deal......
I just had the sudden desire to go around my entire house and clean all the light switches/face plates. Man were they dirty! Eeeks!

Never happened to me.
I was a slob before getting pregnant, a slob while pregnant, and a slob after having a baby.
I wish it had. It would have been nice to have a clean, organized house for once.

I wish it had. It would have been nice to have a clean, organized house for once.
If my nesting urge goes out of control and spills over to other people's homes, I'll FM you for your address

Yup. Same here. I was like, do I have to put all of this away? And then my mom did it lol.

I'm usually a slob but I've definitely noticed this desire to get things organized and keep them clean moreso now. I think DH is nesting more than me though- he's been CRAZY lately trying to get all sorts of projects done in the house.

Nesting is def true for some people! It's happened with both my pregnancies! I'm a neat freak to begin with but once I'm like 20 weeks and further I can't stop cleaning and organizing!! I'm 25 weeks and still wanna clean and organize all the time! Enjoy bc soon you'll start to get tired again! I'm taking advantage while I can! Lol

Yes last time I was going crazy cleaning during the few weeks before DS was born. This time I have the urge to just get organized & toss out old junk... but I just have to stop being lazy & do it.

Can u fm too? Lol! It didn't happen with my first one. Let's see if it happens with this one, it hasn't yet but then again I'm only 24 weeks.

I rearranged kitchen cabinets and pantry and organized my girls' summer clothes last weekend. Last night I organized their toys in the LR.
