Dog license
Do do you have one for your dog?? I didnt know this is a NYS law. Why didnt NSAL tell me? In NYC youre supposed to have the licensce tag on the dog!

Dog license
Yes I have one for my dog. I also had one for him when we lived in the Bronx. When I lived on City Island the cops would randomly check dog tags to make sure the dogs were licensed and if not the owners recieved a fine.

I think my license expired and the new paperwork was sent to an old address, but yes, my dogs are licensed. You can do this online- I think it's like $8 if they are spayed/neutered.

It is not only NYC- I live in White Plains and the city of White Plains requires all dogs are licensed.
