Lovenox-Dizziness?

This is my 2nd night taking 40 mg of Lovenox.

About an hour after taking it I feel lightheaded and dizzy. I did laundry; swept and mopped the floors.

Could it be my blood is too thin and extra activity enhanced the side effects. I'm a little nervous. Also take baby aspirin during the day. Im wondering if maybe I don't need so much blood thinner?

I really hope this is normal.

I never got dizzy, but I could totally see that happening. I would call the RE.

Hmm, I am not getting dizzy either although I take it at 9pm and sit my butt on the couch for an hour and then bed.

My doc said I didn't need the aspirin - give them a call to doublecheck.

I take 200 mg a day as well as aspirin and never felt dizzy so I would def mention it to the doc

I've taken Lovenox for 4 months now, same dose as you, and it's never happened.

Depending on where you are in your cycle, maybe you're anxious or nervous? And the shots are amplifying it (the needle giving you a fight-or-flight response)? That would be totally normal.
