How much water?
How much water should we be drinking? I feel like I drink a lot but it's still not enough

I was always told to "drink to thirst". You don't really need to drown yourself

I keep drinking until my urine is pretty much colorless -- I have no idea how much it actually is in terms of amount.

How much water?
I have a water bottle that's 25 oz and I usually drink 3 of them a day! My dr said about 80 oz and towards the end they say upwards towards 100-120 oz which is almost a gallon!

My current OB said a gallon. That's a lot. I drink until my urine is clear. It's usually between 64-84 oz

My doc told me not to get hung up on the # of oz. Drink until your urine is clear.
