Has anyone had to retake it at the end? If it came back positive what happened then?

I haven't but I would imagine that it would be the same- test your blood sugars and adhere to the diet. Meds if necessary.

ETA: they would also test yours and the baby's blood sugar in the hospital.

Yep -- I had to re-take it. I failed the 1 hour, but passed my first 3 hour. Even though I passed, I failed 1 of the 4 blood draws, which is why my doctor made me do another 3 hour at around 36 weeks. Turns out I passed all 4 draws on that one! If you failed the re-take, depending on numbers you might be on insulin the last few weeks or just restricted diet. Re-checks are common as your blood sugars often change during the end of pregnancy.
