hi all. My Dh and I basically have to decide if we should move or build up on our house. Was wondering if you have any recommendations on contractors/builders. I have a guy coming this weekend to look at my current house but I found him on Google. I would prefer a recommendation. Also a range of price per square foot. My cousin was saying $300 per sq ft. That's insane I though. Thanks for your help
