the best longest wearing leather coats I have ever gotten were from JC Penney or Macys...In the store JC Penney has a really nice selection...HTH

I just got a Michael Kors one at Filenes for $129 bucks. Nicest leather coat I've ever had....so soft.....and warm!

I'd go department stores.. Bloomies, Macy's, L&T, Saks...
You wouldn't have a problem returning if you ever have an issue...
I am itching for this motorcycle one from the Gap.. but I don't know how I feel about buying leather at the Gap...
