has anyone not gotten a BFP until after..
..AF was due? My iphone app said I was due today, and I am always right on time. Aside from that, I've gotten all BFNs (with the exception of one test that my husband and I thought we saw a line on- now I'm not so sure).
So my question is: Have any of you not gotten a bfp until after af was supposed to come? I had some dark spotting only a couple of days ago, which would have been around 10 or 11dpo. So if that was IB, I guess it is possible that I wouldn't be getting a bfp yet, as my hcg wouldn't be high enough. Just wondering if this is a far stretch though lol

With my first, I got all BFNs for 5 days past my missed period. Didn't get s BFP until the morning of the 6th day. Dr said I prob ovulated later than I thought.

wow really? are your cycles usually irregular?

My cycles were like clockwork when I was trying to conceive. Didnt get a bfp with my son until I was 5 days late. I thought for sure I was o u t.

My guess is you may have ovulated later. When TTCing, throw everything you know or think you know about your cycle out the window.
I never got a bfp before af was due but I never tested before af was due either.

yeah i go through phases lol- a few times this month I sworeeeee I was pregnant, but then recently I kind of gave up, but then today I got hopeful again. I just took a wondfo and don't really see anything. My husband said if he squints he thinks he can make out a line, but I'm just going to wait a few more days and see

Yup, me! Didn't get it when I was like 10-11 DPO (Wednesday), just got a BFN. Then, my period was due Thurs. Didn't get it, so then waited and still BFN, and then Sat morning got my BFP.

This... Except, that I would regularly test before AF was due. The cycle I got preggo with DS, I wasn't using the CBEFM, so I had no clue when I actually ovulated, but I thought I was due for AF a day or two (or 3 I don't remember now) prior to getting the BFP, and it was the faintest BFP.

I've always gotten at least a VERY FAINT bfp by AF date if I was pregnant. (sadly, I've had several chemical pregnancies so I've had more bfp's than the average person). I'm like clockwork on a 28 day cycle so it's rare that I'm late, but I will say it has happened where I was up to 3 days late and not pregnant. With this one I had such an incredibly faint line that DH didn't even see it even though I clearly did. lol. I went for bloodwork and yup! 10wks now. So maybe that very faint line you saw is something. I do have a friend who got all BFN's without AF until finally going to the Dr a couple weeks later and getting a positive on the blood test. But I don't think she was regular so I'm guessing the O date was way off.
