camp only once a week? (is there a baseball camp or anything like this?)

I don't want to send my kids to camp for full-weeks over the summer but am interested in finding something that maybe meets once/twice a week, etc. on the south shore of Suffolk county.

is there anything like this?

If you have a daughter, try Little Miss Sew It All. Meets once a week for 4 weeks. They sew an outfit, and do an awesome runway show. My daughter loves it.

Where in Suffolk? I'm on the border of Suffolk/Nassau and work in Nassau.

We are trying Woodmont Sports this year.

You can pay by the 1/2 day if you want.

I think there is a certain time committment though (either a week or 2 weeks).

I was also able to score one full week about 1/2 price on groupon.

ETA: also check out the churches. Many do 3 half days. Also a lot do VBS programs that only are for one week in the summer and not full day.
