Unopened, yes. If it's opened, a quality defect. I once returned opened formula because it smelled off to me. They did not give me a problem at all.

Can you return formula to bjs?
We returned a lot of cases of RTF because we stocked up for DD and then wound up changing her formula. They didn't give us a problem.
