Anyone work for NBTY?
DH was offered a position at NBTY, and I am just wondering if anyone knows offhand if there is any form of fertility coverage with the health benefits. They have BCBS from what he has been told.

Anyone work for NBTY?
I called BCBS back in jan and asked them. I was also considering an offer there, If I remember correctly they cover iui's through a program they have but no IVF. Good luck.

It depends on the actual plan. I have BCBS and it covers 3 full IVF cycles.

I don't work there but I too have bcbs and I have unlimited ivf coverage until I'm 44, so I guess it depends on the company and what plans they have

But, definitely call them and ask. Also, are you offered multiple plans? We're given 4 plans to choose from and BCBS is the only one of what my employer offers that covers IF.

So just to update this for anyone considering an offer with them, I reviewed all benefit information and they DO NOT cover ANY fertility testing/treatments/procedures/medications.
For being a health conscious company concerned about family, they sure don't care about their employees who need assistance in creating one...
