It's no very innovative but I love the McCormick Grillmate Tomato, Garlic and Basil marinade for chicken. I usually do chicken and pepper kababs with them. I cut the chicken into chunks and marinate it over night. It's always a hit and so simple.

This is what I'm thinking of doing but may make changes:


Bourbon marinated London broil
Marinated ribs
Burgers (may stuff them with cheese or bacon or do something to make them different)
Hot dogs
Skinnytaste Chicken pesto skewers or Skinnytaste grilled lemon Dijon chicken skewers
Skinnytaste Cilantro lime Shrimp and veggies skewers
Steamed Clams with lemon
Marinated veggies (portabellos, zucchini, eggplant)
Corn on the cob
Grilled Salmon
terriayki Pork and pineapple kebabs
Sausage and peppers
Cold antipasti

Shrimp, mango, pepper salad
Mac salad
String bean and Potato salad
Garden salad
Angel food and fruit Trifle
cannoli's

We are having:
chicken kabobs, and shrimp kabobs on the grill
Grilled oysters
Potato Salad
Pasta Salad
Tossed Salad

And fruit salad for dessert
