Also, I'm using 10 days from my car. Do I need a dr to complete anything?

Ok I didn't get my Dr to sign it and i am being told I do. But if you did it online, how would your Dr sign it? And isn't a hospital letter good?

Hospital letter is only good if stamped or something if I remember-you can see if the dr can email you the signed letter somehow?
