Anyone have issues with Grading?
We just finished an entire year in our house! Yeah! We are far from handy! I am impressed that we made it this far!
We noticed some water in our lower level (not really a basement as our house is above the garage) When we bought the house the inspector mentioned the grading of the front garden.
Now that we finished some work on the lower level, I would like to fix the front garden. So, my question is, who does this type of work? I am assuming that the entire garden needs to be dug up and more soil needs to be placed to increase the grading.
HELP! TIA!

Call a Mason or a landscaper. Both should be able to do it, depending on exactly what you need done.
