Need some good thoughts and crossed fingers!
DH and I are moving to Austin next month and the rental market is crazy down there! (usually 2 week notice for move-in)
We just put in an application for an amazing newer house with a pool for our son, close to friends and downtown and shopping, with plenty of space for us and our office. It would be perfect for us!
Just need some good thoughts because it's such a competitive market down there and we really just want to be done with this search already so we can start planning school, doctors, reserve the moving company, etc.
