knee pain
Just got results of my MRI, meniscus and lateral tear of my knee, anyone ever have this, and if so what treatment did you have....???
I have a follow up appt. on June 30 for discussion on treatment....

I had surgery followed by physical therapy. It helped a lot.

knee pain
on top of my tear I have water on the knee (baker cyst) very painful. No surgery as of yet but went for PT. I stopped all exercise for over a years to rest my knee, bc I did zumba, boot camp etc all no no's with a tear.
I feel much better and I can tell its not as swollen as it once was. I use ICE when it feels sore
