Can you cook something too long in crock pot/
Im making beef stew and I had it on high for 4 hours.. tasted it and it seems pretty much done, just carrots need a lil more time.
Things is DH isnt home from work for like another 1.5 hours. Do I switch it to low, or warm, or just turn off??
I dont want to dry out the meat.
THANKS
Jen

I would switch it to warm- to keep things juicy since you don't want to cook it anymore. Let us know how yummy it is!
