Not necessarily. I think it really depends on the person and their medical issues.

I would have to say not necessarily . I notice especially on this site women who had a MC and have difficulty conceiving again. Of course there are some who get pregnant right away.
If really depends on the woman.

I have heard you are more fertile after giving birth.
I know several people that had a ton of issues conceiving their first, had to do IVF, etc and then got pregnant really quickly, with no assistance, with their second and third etc.
I personally had much more regular cycles after having a baby. And I can TOTALLY tell when I ovulate now. Which I never could before.
I am not sure about after a miscarriage though

I've heard that too, but I don't really think so. At least in my experience, it was the same either which way. No more or less fertile than usual after a miscarriage.
