Steph - go to the Library or get a used one on E-bay.
I never used the book - ended up just asking friends. A lot of things I have they rated pretty high and I'm not overly thrilled with them (my stroller - ugh).
I think you're better off just asking the girls here or myself. We'll be a lot more honest than the book.
