Upper back pain
So, I hit 35 and started having upper back pain (I'm sure it has NOTHING to do with lugging around a big baby and preschooler, sleeping in said preschooler's bed from time to time, working on my laptop on couch, bed, etc.-- anywhere but a desk). I just moved in my sleep and felt something pinch? spasm? tear? (no clue), and now I've got pretty good pain in my left shoulder blade area. I took Advil, but what else can I do? I can't get comfortable in any position.
