Dip Ideas Please
I usually make guacamole and that holds up well outside during a bbq. However with the cilantro contamination, I don't want to make it just in case.
Do you have any dip recipes that do not use cilantro and hold up well outside in the hot weather??

I don't know how this dip does in the heat because it never lasts long enough to find out!

Dip Ideas Please
Hummus, corn or mango salsa.
Anything cooked would probably hold up ok, too- buffalo chicken dip, bean dip, etc.

Dip Ideas Please
I would just make guac without the cilantro! I always make it with just avocado and lots and lots of lime. People ask why it's so good and I laugh bc it's leaving things out rather than some secret ingredient.

I agree. I love cilantro but I think the key to good Guac is lots of lime and enough salt.

agree, I hate cilantro and never use it. I add chopped tomatoes, a dash of tobacco, lots of lime etc
