Prenatal Vitamins
my DH and I are planning on starting TTC soon. i just went off the pill this week. i was planning on starting to take some prenatal vitamins... is it best to get doctor prescribed ones or are the ones they sell in the stores ok?

I take the gummies now. When I get pregnant if my dr wants to switch to presc I will, but I think before that the otc are fine.

Prenatal Vitamins
I take regular ones now but once I get pregnant my doctor said she give me a script for ones because they have more folic acid in those.
