Makeup help
I have recently started wearing makeup...I used to only do eyeliner and mascara and the occasional lip gloss. Now that I turned 40, I started wanting to wear more. I have lots of brown spots on my face. Also, for some reason, my makeup leaks under my eye by midday. I am not sure why. I stopped wearing mascara on my bottom lashes and I don't wear eyeliner on my bottom lid, so I am not sure how to prevent this from happening. Can you share your routine with me? Including what products you use to cover up the dark spots?

I reccommend the IT Cosmetics CC cream OR IT celebration foundation Are you using a waterproof mascara/liner? Those tend to stay put for me

No, I am not. Maybe that is the problem. Thank you for the suggestions!

Re: Makeup help
For someone new to makeup, I usually suggest Bare Minerals makeup because its a powder foundation, it feels like nothing on the skin but gives nice coverage.

I have to try it. I think that they still have the store in Roosevelt Field. It would be good to see the process.

Just a side note: I noticed that gray or mink brown eyeliner is a lot more age-friendly to me at 40 I law at wore a full face of makeup, but I'm finding at 40 I need a lot more just to look "decent"

Re: Makeup help
I personally don't like foundation, I feel it looks very cakey on me. But what I love is a tinted moisturizer. It evens out my tone but is very light on the face.
