S/O on faucett

I need a new Faucet for my kitchen. Money or cost is not a problem (its a gift from my in-laws).

Is there anything new, fancy, cool, easy, convent, I should look at?

Is there a faucet anyone has been looking at and saying "That has so many cool features, I WANT that".

There's a faucet I loooooooove in a restaurant. The water flows from this open-mouthed/uncovered pipe. Not sure how good it would be for a kitchen sink, but if you use your dishwasher mostly, you'd probably be ok. Let me find a pic.

I love that ours has a long goose neck and you can take the end off to make it like a hose. Oh and when you push it back in it ha a magnet that connects it back to the faucet part so that over time the end of it won't hang out a little
