WW's Help
I have decided to restart Weight Watchers, it has worked for me in the past when I have really worked the program.
In general my eating habits aren't awful, but I feel like I eat the same thing over and over again...Kashi cereal with fresh fruit fro breakfast every day, lunch is a sandwich thin with cold cuts. I need to shake it up a bit!
I need some suggestions for meals that are quick and easy to make so I can take to work with me.
I have also been doing kickboxing 3x's a week for over a year now, but don't feel like it's really helping me with weightloss. I enjoy it, so I don't want to give it up, I just need some other workouts to add to the mix.
I would really appreciate any help that anyone can offer. Thanks so much!

Re: WW's Help
Well I always recommend this, but check out skinnytaste.com if you haven't already. Her recipes are almost always very simple. And they are delicious. Besides that she has a large variety of recipes so it makes it easier to mix things up. She posts the nutritional info and the WW pts for each recipe. There are other WW food blogs, but hers is my favorite.
For new workouts, I did the 21 day fix. I didn't lose much weight from the workout alone, but I lost a LOT of inches. I also run. i started with the couch 2 5k program since I'm not naturally a runner and I was shocked at how much I loved it. I will say that running continued to help the weight come off pretty consistently.
