Agree w all the above - but just a caveat - I communicated with him over PM on another message board and on that board he admitted in an older thread he has some type of mental disability.
This would explain why he keeps asking the same questions over and over in a different format.

If this is the case, then I would hope instead of just tossing money at him left and right, his parents would actually hold his hand and assist him in the homebuying process.
