Well, just incase anyone was wondering..
we did end up there on Fri night after dinner and the bar was interesting, to say the least.
Several heavily made up women with a lot of bling, and women of all ages with tons of work done - who all seemed to be vying for the attention of these older men who were lapping up all the attention.
A crowd so far removed from my DH and I that we had a great time people watching! 
the rest of the place looked nice though, and the food looked good!
