NYC Restaurants
If you had a guest that has never been to NYC, what is THE place you would have to take them to? I'll be in the city for 5 days with someone that's never been, so looking for a lot of variety...Italian, Mexican, BBQ, Asian...breakfast, lunch, dinner. Nothing crazy pricey but looking for fun or cool atmospheres with great food. All locations welcomed since we will be doing a lot of touring around  TIA!

best Italian food in my opinion. Barbra Streisand walked in when I was there once.
Asian- chinese- free unlimited wine with dinner-
The Cottage- 360 Amsterdam Ave
Thai - cheap and gorgeous inside http://www.qirestaurant.com/index.html
Indian- Mitali East 334 E 6th St
steak - Keens http://www.keens.com/ ( muttonchop!!!)
special- Le Bernardin : 155 W 51st St ( went a few weeks ago and LOVED it!!)
