How Many Day In Advance?
How many days ahead of time can I get away with baking cookies before wanting to serve them?

Bakeries keep cookies for a long time. Everything isn't "fresh" like they say (I worked in a bakery for 5 years).
You can get away for a few days at least. Use an airtight container.

Depends on type but you could freeze them then take them out, can't taste difference!

How Many Day In Advance?
If your gonna bake cookies put in air tight container and toss in a piece of bread keeps cookies fresh/ moist and remove bread before serving :)
