Kickboxing in Pregnancy
Hi, just took a positive test this am, and i have recently started doing kickboxing 3 times a week for the past 5-6 weeks. Can i still do it? Or advised against?

Kickboxing in Pregnancy
I would still do it but really listen to your body and not go crazy. and hydrate. I know I sweat liek made in kickboxing and beign PG will make it worse.

Kickboxing in Pregnancy
Nothing wrong with kickboxing! As long as you aren't the one being kickboxed! I did SO much research on what I could and could not do exercise-wise and kickboxing is fine. The only reason I didn't compete in a half Ironman when I was 6 weeks pregnant was because it was 90+ degrees that day. My doctor even okayed me doing that.
