what is everyone using the turkey carass for
I made turkey and rice soup. We've had a lot of cold going through our family so I figured that could help!
Edited bc I realized I wrote chicken soup!

Literally just put the pot on the stove for soup. Might use some of the stock to make a turkey pot pie too.
