christmas morning breakfast/brunch ideas

SO and i will be hosting all the kids and their partners for christmas morning.

there will be about 11-12 people.

i'm looking for something i can prep the night before. this way, i just roll out of bed and pop something in the oven and be done

if you have any gluten free ideas, they would be greatly appreciated.

Baked french toast casseroles, quiches, cinnamon rolls, egg casseroles, bacon, muffins..........all can be made ahead and just warmed that day or baked off the morning of your brunch. Pioneer Woman has some awesome recipes for breakfast, go to her site and check out breakfasts.

I make a great omelette casseolre for mothers day.
Super easy to make ahead.

I don't have the exact recipe, and I do tweak the original to suit our tastes but pretty much check out this for a ton of ideas:

And this is not gluten free, but this can be made as an extra for those who can eat the glulten.
it's almost like a dessert.

I just did a gf brunch for DD's first birthday. These were some of the favorites:

crustless caprese quiche

hash brown crusted quiche lorraine I swapped out the bacon for ham bc I made bacon and sausage on the side.

peanut butter banana muffins I've made these a bunch of times and DH usually eats them all in a day.

hash brown and egg casserole I didn't do this for the brunch but I've made it in the past and its very good.

that hashbrown and egg casserole looked delicious and so does that croissant blueberry thing omg!

I love breakfast sweets so my recommendations are:
-coffee cake
-muffins
-raspberry oatmeal bars
-fresh fruit platter

all of those can be made in advance. pick up some bagels and cream cheese and you are good to go!
