another tollhouse cookie question
does the dough need to be refrigerated?
if not, can it be? can I make the dough while my DD is in school and wait until she gets home to bake?

Re: another tollhouse cookie question
It can be refrigerated to bake later, yes
It's kind of like when you buy the break and bake....it comes right out of the fridge and goes in the oven Should be fine

Re: another tollhouse cookie question
It's best if it's been refrigerated for at least an hour. The longer it chills and firms up, the less the cookies will flatten when baking.
