Hair product to make hair Curley

I have straight thick wavy hair
I am looking for a product to put into wet hair and just go

Don't want it to frizz or look slept on etc
I've tried curl styling gel but it's not working for me

Anything that states it's for curls
I like the TRESemmé line - flawless curls mousse
I would also add a curl gel as well.

Put through hair and scrunch up. Leave to air dry. It should help lift your hair to be more curly. But if it's really just wavy still, you may need to use a diffuser and dry your hair a bit with it - still using the curly hair products

I have wavy hair with straight pieces mixed in.
Found a new way to do things and I'm happy with the results just costs more than it used to.

I condition more than shampoo only ponytail down (I use Pai-Shau), then I wrap hair in an old cotton tshirt, squeeze in Infusium23, let more water squeeze out in the tshirt, then add a few pumps of the Pai-Shau Bipahstic Infusion (any leave in conditioner should work) ends only.
Then let it air dry as much as I can, add in a little styling/ smoothing cream and then diffuse.

If I have time before I head out to work, I'll curl some of the straight pieces.

I have Hashimotos and find my hair to be really really dry. This is the first time in a lonnng time I can say I'm loving my wavy hair. I think the tshirt helps b/c the towel drying was making it frizzy.

Re: Hair product to make hair Curley

Ouidad humidity control gel (can buy in ulta or on amazon) and Iso Tamer Foam Gel (cheaper on amazon)

do your hair when it's soaking wet out of the shower. Use either a microfiber towel or a t-shirt. don't brush your hair as it will make the curls frizz. While in the shower rake your conditioner through (or with a thick comb). Then use the foam gel first and rake/scrunch into your hair and then do the same with the Ouidad.

don't touch your hair at all. If you want to speed up the drying process use a diffuser and hold it ontop of your head (don't use on your hair as it will break the curl) or buy a small space heater and dry with that.
