Liquid Eyeliner
I use Stila eyeliner and recently bought Kat Von D but I'm looking to buy a new one without spending $20.
Any store brand anyone likes?

Have you ever used the gel liners? I love those MAC and Bobbi Brown have nice ones but I think they are around $16-$18

I actually like the ELF eyeliner pen...much easier to apply than liquid but same look. And it's only $2 at Target! The only thing is that they won't last that long, especially if you don't remember to place the cap correctly on top

I am no help because the only one that I like is the Lancôme Artliner. I have been using it forever and it's the only one that I can manage LOL. But, it's over $20...

I got Jesse's Girl eyeliner in an ipsy bag last year and I'm obsessed. I' never liked liquid liners until I found this one. It's like a pen with a brush tip, not felt like most. It's awesome! I use it pretty much every single day and it's lasted for over a year. A beauty vlogger actually compared it to Kat Von D's tattoo liner. Here's the video-
