Has anyone tried....
Spearmint tea? I have PCOS and have read a ton about spearmint benefits for PCOS. I have been drinking 2 cups a day for a bout a week and I have noticed changes! The hairs that grew on my chin are almost all cleared up! I have to search for them now. My acne has cleared up so much too. I have read that it reduces free testoterone and increases FSH and LP so I'm hoping it helps me get a period. I have not had one yet but have had some similiar feelings as I did when on all the hormones to get me to ovulate. It could all be in my head but I'm staying positive!!
Anyone else try this?

I've read to be carefrul with peppermint tea. There were several articles about peppermint with caution. I didn't read much further with it because of all the caution.

Re: Has anyone tried....
I haven't, but I did drink raspberry leaf tea. I found it helpful. I did that and accupuncture and got pregnant my first cycle with my RE.

My acupuncturist recommended it as a tea that contains herbs that helps with hormone imbalances, such as PCOS. I was told to drink up to 4 cups of it every day from CD1 until ovulation was detected. I love tea and drink it all day as it is so I just switched. I drank it for about 3 cycles. That and acupuncture brought my cycles from 35 day (average. Sometimes as high as 42 or 48 days) down to 29. I had my first 29 day cycle in YEARS after drinking the tea and doing acupuncture.
