Can anyone recommend an eyelid concealor
Not necessarily a primer as I have that but I need some kind of coverage before applying eyeshadow. I have redness, discoloration and primers don't do it for me. I feel like it effects the look of eyeshadow

Benefit makes one I think it's called lemon-aid
It sounds like you need more of a concealer and urban decay has a great one in a tube and benefit bb eyelid primer is good too
